Your comp, in plain sight

You start on a real producer rate, not a token starting contract you have to climb out of. You are contracted directly with each carrier from your very first case. There are three levels — Agent, Senior Agent at $100,000 in lifetime commissions, Team Lead at $200,000 — and each one pays a better rate at every carrier. You move up on the business you personally write, never on who you recruit.

Your upline earns the spread between their level’s rate and yours — paid by the carrier, on business you wrote, and only ever to that one person. There is no chain of overrides stacking above you and no permanent cut flowing up a hierarchy, ever. When you advance to their level, that spread is zero. Building a team becomes available at Senior Agent ($100,000 in lifetime commissions) — optional, and separate from your own producer income. These are contract rates, not a promise of earnings. Actual commission depends on your level, the carrier, the product, and your own production. Income is never guaranteed. Your complete carrier-by-carrier schedule is provided in writing when you join, before you write your first case, and the Commission Calculator in your back office shows your exact payout on every carrier and product we offer.
