When you build a team, you earn the spread between your level and your agents'. As an agent climbs toward your level, that spread shrinks — and at your level, it's simply zero. No permanent cut flowing up a hierarchy, ever. These are contract levels, not a promise of earnings. Actual commission depends on the carrier, the product, and your own production. Income is never guaranteed.
